The CPD Office cannot accredit a program retroactively. We require 30 days or more to review your application.

Applications for accreditation should be submitted at least 8 weeks before the start of the activity. All required documents, signatures and forms must be uploaded for the application be complete.

Applications that are incomplete or submitted less than 8 weeks in advance will be charged an expedited fee.
