Online Accreditation Application

As of January 1st, 2019, all accreditation / certification applications must be submitted through our online system.

A non-refundable fee is charged for application reviews. Applications will not proceed for review until payment has been received.  

Effective January 1, 2019, please refer to the new fee structure for Accreditation Review.
