McMaster University’s Continuing Professional Development Office (CPD), has been awarded 4 educational grants from eCampusOntario. These grants will support projects to create open educational resources.

Announced on December 11, 2020, the VLS is an historic $50 million investment by the Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities (MCU) intended to drive growth and advancement in virtual learning across the province’s post-secondary institutions. The strategy will expand the possibilities of traditional and life-long learning through the accelerated use of both online and hybrid learning and respond to the impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had Ontario’s postsecondary education sector as institutions rapidly transitioned to remote delivery.

Our projects include:

Education Theory Made Practical: An open-access faculty development resource for clinician educators

This project will assemble online blog posts that aim to improve the educational knowledge of clinical educators into two eBook volumes and make them accessible through a variety of public access channels.

CanadiEM Junior Learner PrimerCanadiEM Junior Learner Primer
