- Describe the unique social perspectives impacting health for different elderly populations (e.g. Indigenous, LGBTQ, Homeless and shelter, and Long-term care)
- Describe the role of a new tool that can identify opportunities for advance care planning conversations in those with serious illness
- Identify the indicators used to assess quality of care in Long-Term Care homes in Ontario
