Since the curriculum delivers content in both healthcare system fundamentals and effective leadership skills, participants will also have developed a greater self-awareness of personal leadership style, communication style and how participants might be perceived by others as a leader, through facilitated round-table discussions and review of individual assessment reports guided by experts in their respective field.
