LEARNING OBJECTIVES
By attending this activity, participants will be able to:
- Discuss relevant and current evidence in the clinical management of anticoagulation in common thromboembolic disorders.
- Manage non-lower extremity thrombosis regarding need for treatment and duration of anticoagulation.
- Discuss thrombotic risk and management in special populations, including patients with cancer and sickle cell disease.
