Learning Objectives:


At the end of this learning activity the learners will be able to:

  • Appreciate the impact of COVID on well-being; take perspective of the challenges COVID has presented to each of us, and increase knowledge of skills, ideas and tools to promote their well-being and those of whom they serve.
  • Knowledge:on burnout, compassion, joy, resilience, sex and gender perspectives, end of life care, suffering
  • Skills:treatment approaches that encompass a theological (Catholic) view point in comparison to the status quo
  • Attitude:acknowledgement of the pervasiveness of suffering and yet finding the joy that can come with and out of this
